A' and D' are enlargements of the boxed areas in A and D, respectively. The IZ is indicated by pax2.1 expression (red staining). Note that the LIZ is undergoing ectopic neurogenesis only in the embryo injected with both her5MO^ATG and himGripNA^ATG (blue arrows).
