Etv5b mediates Fgf signalling in the hypothalamus. Rescue experiment in which zebrafish eggs were injected with etv5b RNA and then treated with SU5402 (24-36 hpf). These embryos were compared with the effects of etv5b overexpression alone or SU5402 exposure alone. Embryos exposed to DMSO served as controls.
