An N-glycoprotein resulting from the formal condensation of the side-chain carboxamide group of the L-asparagine residue at positions 417 and 448 of the genome polyprotein of hepatitus C virus subtype 1a (positions 35 and 66 in PMID:18187336, respectively) with the hemiacetal group of D-mannosylated alpha-D-Manp-(1->3)-[alpha-D-Manp-(1->6)]-beta-D-Manp-(1->4)-beta-D-GlcpNAc-(1->4)-D-GlcpNAc. The position of one of the mannosyl groups is not known; in the structure shown, one of the R atoms represents a D-mannopyranosyl group; all remaining R atoms = H.
