The expression domain of the Prox1 and Tg(ptf1a:GFP)^jh1 was reduced in fhl1b morphants (B) compared to that of control embryos (A). (C and D) Confocal images of Tg(fabp10a:RFP, ela3l:EGFP)^gz12 control embryos (C) and fhl1b MO-injected larvae (D) at 96 hpf. The expression domain of the Tg(fabp10a:RFP, ela3l:EGFP)^gz12 was reduced both in the liver and exocrine pancreas in fhl1b MO-injected larvae (D) compared to that of control larvae (C).
