In order to assess vascular development, MOs targeting candidate genes were injected into Tg(fli1:EGFP) embryos. Vascular morphology of the embryos was assessed at 3 dpf. No major abnormalities in vascular morphogenesis were observed for any of the tested MOs, indicating that the hematopoietic defects were not secondary to a vascular phenotype. Representative images of the CHT region are shown. All embryos are oriented with anterior to the left and dorsal to the top.
