Optn is protective against Salmonella infection in zebrafish. Optn and control morpholino injected zebrafish embryos at the one to four-cell stage were injected with Salmonella at 2 dpf and followed for 96 hours (n=104-119 zebrafish/group over 2 experiments). Results shown are mean ± SEM ***p<0.001; logrank test). |
