Fig. 3 in the anterior part of the embryo, the presumptive macrophage territory (located anterior to the heart primordia and posterior to the eye) converge toward the midline then the cells emigrate from this position to colonize the different part of the body. Rapidly draculin is down regulated in macrophages while these cells start to strongly express L-plastin (see expression pattern CB245) EXPRESSION / LABELING:
