Statement of Research Interest
We are interested in the neural mechanisms of visual perception, especially how the hierarchy of different global visual factors influences perception of objects. We use behavioral measurements, calcium imaging and optogenetic tools on zebrafish. Our main topic is optokinetic response. We also interested in the neural circuits integrating the control signals for eye and tail movements during visual processing.
