Thoren Aquatics provides state of the art, high density, zebrafish housing. The modular design facilitates lab layout by providing an easy configuration of racks having various heights and widths.
Thoren’s design supplies air and water to the tanks through grey PVC triple tube manifolds that are clamped together in an arrangement that allows all components to be easily removed for cleaning, or relocating the rack through low clearance doors, tight turns, stairs, or other obstacles where a one piece rack can not be installed.
High strength plastic brackets seat the V-bottom tanks with a 5 degree tilt reducing the frequency of manual cleaning. The large bi-directional polycarbonate shelf provides a convenient work area for each side of the rack.
The Thoren rack allows tanks to be removed and returned without turning off, and back on, air and water valves, and positioning hoses, resulting in fewer hand motions.
Thoren’s low maintenance basic water system is an excellent choice for isolation areas. Fitting under a 7 position wide rack, it can supply up to 240 tanks (3 liter).
