Definition
A linear synthetic tetrasaccharide derivative consisting of four D-glycero-alpha-D-manno-heptopyranose residue linked in sequence (1->6),(1->2), (1->2), (1->2). An aminopropyl linker at the reducing end enables printing onto microscope slides. One of a series of substructures of the Helicobacter pylori O6 O-antigen tridecasaccharide O-antigen used for its immunological evaluation.
