Definition
A polysaccharide derivative that is the beta-2,6-pseudaminic acid-linked exopolysaccharide of Acetobacter baumannii strain 54149, the repeat unit consisting of N-acetyl-D-galactosamine beta-1,3 linked with D-galactose as the backbone with a beta-pseudaminyl-(2->6)-glucose branch linked beta-1,6 to the galactose. The beta-2,6-linked pseudaminic acid residue is present on ~90% of the galactose residues.
