This is a heat-shock inducible Cre responder line for inhibition of NF-kappaB signaling. It expresses myc-tagged firefly luciferase 2 prior to recombination and an inhibitor of NF-kappaB signaling, namely a dominant negative mutant mouse IKappa B alpha (IkBSR, IkappaB super-repressor) and nuclear YPet after recombination. AmCyan expression in the lens of the eye serves as transgenesis marker.
