Abstract
CRISPRz (http://research.nhgri.nih.gov/CRISPRz/) is a database of CRISPR/Cas9 target sequences that have been experimentally validated in zebrafish. CRISPR Data from CRISPRz is periodically uploaded to the ZFIN database, at which time those CRISPRs are attributed with this publication. The data load process produces attributions on existing ZFIN CRISPR records and produces new ZFIN CRISPR records with attributions as needed. The CRISPRz resource was first reported in Varshney et al., 2015. Please contact the ZFIN administrator (zfinadmn@zfin.org) if you have questions about this data load process.
