Abstract
Links to miRBase microRNA records are established through automated data exchange between ZFIN and the miRBase. miRBase is the new home for microRNA data, incorporating the database and gene naming roles previously provided by the miRNA Registry, and including the new miRBase Target database. To obtain more detailed information about this process or to send comments, please contact ZFIN.
