OPTICS: MAGNIFICATION: DATE OF IMAGE: SUBMITTER COMMENTS: O-dianisidine staining for hemoglobin (arrows) in wild-type and mutant embryos. Hemoglobin in red blood cells is strongly stained in wild-type; mutants do not express detectable levels of hemoglobin.
