Overexpression of ß-catenin partially rescues AP patterning in MZdvl2;MZdvl3a mutants.
Embryos at 1-cell stage derived from crosses between female mdvl2+(-)/-;dvl3a-/- fish and male dvl2+/-;dvl3a-/- fish were injected with ΔN-ß-catenin mRNA (50 pg).
