(a) Expression of zaqp8a.1 in DA (arrowhead), ISV (asterisk), and DLAV (arrow). The zaqp8a.1 transcripts in DA and ISV gradually reduced at the anterior region of the trunk. (b) Expression of zaqp8a.1 in the hypobranchial artery (arrowhead). (c) The zaqp8a.1 transcripts were detected in the pectoral artery at 72 hpf (arrow). (d) The expression of zaqp8a.1 in the embryonic heart tube from 28 hpf Tg(cmlc2:EGFP) transgenic zebrafish embryos was detected by whole mount in situ hybridization and immunofluorescence staining. (e) The zaqp8a.1 is expressed in the heart (arrow head) and gastrointestinal tract, such as liver (L) and intestinal tract (I) at 4 to 7 dpf.
