Fig. S3 Smooth muscle actin (sma) knockdown rescues mlt mutants. (A–C) Western blot showing reduced Sma protein in the intestine of 74 hpf and 4 dpf Sma MO injected larvae (lane 2, 4) compared to a control MO (lane 1, 3). Myh11 protein levels are unaffected by the Sma knockdown (lanes 1–4). Each lane contains protein extracted from the intestines dissected from 30 larvae. This blot is representative of two independent experiments.
