(A–H) Whole-mount in situ hybridization using the gadd45b antisense probe in WT and fogsk8 embryos at 16 hpf and 24 hpf. gadd45b expression is not increased at 16 hpf but shows widespread increase at 24 hpf in fogsk8 embryos. (I) Western blot analysis of WT and fogsk8 embryo extracts with commercially available anti-Gadd45b antibody and anti-Actin antibody shows significant increase of Gadd45b protein in fogsk8 embryos at 24 hpf.
