- Hsiao, et al. 2003 (ZDB-PUB-030516-1) reported orthology to human TNNT1 and mouse Tnnt1 based on amino acid similarity. Subsequent analysis suggests tnnt1 (ZDB-GENE-080723-27) is the zebrafish ortholog based on amino acid similarity and conserved location.
