Phenotype: cholangiocyte d2EGFP expression increased amount, abnormal
Note: This phenotype statement describes a gene expression or antibody labeling pattern. Anatomy terms are combined with a gene or antibody and phenotype quality.
EXPRESSION ANATOMY:
Name: cholangiocyte
Synonyms: bile duct cells, epithelial cell of bile duct
Definition: An epithelial cell that is part of the bile duct. Cholangiocytes contribute to bile secretion via net release of bicarbonate and water.
